  What can I say? These guys are amazing! We were on a road trip and had car issues in Medford on our way to Crater Lake. They were the 4th mechanic we visited. All the shops were so busy due to the July 4th holiday and told us they wouldn't be able to get to us for a week John listened to me and was able to fit us in! They did amazing work considering they had to order our part from out of town. Talk about fair pricing. The final job came in at $100 under the quote!! They also provided a courtesy shuttle and took us back to our hotel. Everyone was so friendly, especially Ricky, our shuttle driver who dropped us off and picked us up. He gave us a great history of Medford and recommended a few sites. Five stars, for sure. If you are looking for a fair, honest mechanic, stop looking and come here!! Thank you for your outstanding customer service!!

  Every time I've been to Bob Thomas I've received the best care possible. Especially since I need to utilize the shuttle for transport back home to wait and then back to get my car they have wonderful service. Everyone I've met has been very kind explanatory and obviously they're professionally skilled because my car runs better now. And has in the past when I've used them. Would I use them again absolutely!!!
