  221 Construction is an amazing company. They are expert professionals and do quality work. We had a sagging porch roof fixed. Their customer service is excellent, and recommendations were outstanding. James was the salesman and project manager and was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. The crew Hector, Jose, Tim and Hayden are committed to their craftsmanship! All of them showed up early and worked hard all day. Hands down the most qualified and dedicated builders. Highly recommend 221 Construction for any construction and remodeling projects you need done. They go above and beyond on service and your expectations. We give them 10 stars! Linda and Sue

  James and his team were awesome! Our basement needed some help after flooding. We needed a new wall constructed, a new pantry designed/constructed along with some electrical work. From start to finish, James was very upfront and I appreciated how thorough the communication and quoting process went. The crew did an awesome job and were always kind and got the job done in the time they quoted. Overall, very happy with James and his team. Definitely recommend.

  James, Jared, and team were amazing!! We recently bought a house and we were very surprised when we found tons of wood rot that didn’t show up in inspections. We were referred to 221 construction by a friend. James and his team were quick to assess the situation, James kept in constant communication, and he overall was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to keeping in contact with James and using his expertise for future projects. We’re very happy with the teams craftsmanship and are elated with our brand new wood-rot free and painted house!!
